Dr. Stefano Menini is a researcher in Digital Humanities at Fondazione Bruno Kessler with an interdisciplinary background involving Computational Linguistics and Philosophy. The focus of his work is on the application of natural language processing techniques to explore the content and extract different typologies of information from texts and social media. In Odeuropa he will contribute to WP4 to extract olfactory descriptions and perceptions of smells from multilingual historical texts
