Dr. Inna Novalija works as a researcher and advisor at the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Jožef Stefan Institute. She is an expert in research and development in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. In particular, she is working on utilizing text analysis techniques for modelling and forecasting and data mining techniques for developing applicable tools and technologies. She participated as a team leader and team member in EU projects, national and international projects. In 2012-2013 she was a visiting researcher in Knowledge Media Institute (the Open University, UK), working in the area of Semantic Technologies and Semantic Web with Prof. John Domingue et al. She is a program committee member for international conferences and reviewer for several international journals.
